Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal:
Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([your name/company, address, telephone number, e-mail address]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or e-mail).
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs, immediately after receipt and inspection of the plants returned by you.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You must return or hand over the plants to us immediately after declaring your cancellation. You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
You will only be liable for any loss of value of the plants if this is due to handling of the plants that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functioning.
