About the EU Legal Guarantee

The legal guarantee applies to purchases made by consumers. It covers a lack of conformity for which the seller is legally responsible. It does not constitute a guarantee that a living plant will remain healthy for two years regardless of its subsequent care or growing conditions. Damage caused after delivery by improper care, unsuitable growing conditions or misuse is not covered.
