1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the Nepenthesgrower online shop.

3. Conclusion of Contract
Product listings in the shop do not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, the customer submits a binding purchase offer.
4. Prices
All prices are listed in Euro.
The prices valid at the time of order apply.
5. Shipping
Shipping costs are shown during checkout.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
6. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of Nepenthesgrower until full payment has been received.
7. Applicable Law
The laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
8. Cancellation and Order Preparation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before shipment.
However, if the order has already been prepared for shipment (including packing of the plants and/or purchase of a shipping label), Nepenthesgrower reserves the right to deduct the already incurred shipping and handling costs from the refund.
Handling costs include but are not limited to:
1. packing materials
2. preparation of the plants for shipment
3. labor and administrative work related to the order
4. purchased shipping labels
If an order is cancelled after preparation for shipment has begun, these costs will not be refunded. The remaining order amount will be refunded to the customer.
9. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify Nepenthesgrower via email within this period.
The customer then has 14 days to return the plants.
Conditions for returns:
1. Plants must be returned in their original condition.
2. Plants must be properly packed to prevent damage during transport.
3. The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be issued after the returned plants have been received and inspected.
If returned plants arrive damaged due to improper packaging or handling by the customer, Nepenthesgrower reserves the right to deduct the loss in value from the refund.
